Green energy – solar, wind, BESS and data centers
We facilitate investments in renewable energy and energy infrastructure. Matching projects with strategic, industrial and financial partners – from solar and wind to energy storage and hyperscale data centers.
BESS and energy storage – current mandates
We are sourcing an end-investor for a BESS project with estimated CapEx ca. DKK 400m for the initial facility – capacity 55 MW / 110 MWh. Estimated annual revenue ca. DKK 100m (indicative). Under ordinary Danish corporate-tax rules, dividends to a Danish holding company on subsidiary shares (min. 10% ownership) are tax-free, further enhancing the risk-adjusted return. Suitable for professional investors only. See also alternative financing structures.

Where does 12-16% BESS IRR come from?
BESS revenue-stack — what drives the return?
BESS earns from four revenue streams. Diversification across streams is key to stable performance over time.
Indicative 55 MW / 110 MWh case. Actual figures depend on cycling strategy, OPEX and market prices.

Data center sites and solar parks across Europe
We engage with international data center operators seeking Nordic locations – particularly Denmark. Hyperscale operators require 50,000 sqm+ (up to 100+ hectares), power capacity 70 MW to 1 GW, substantial water access and district heating integration. Smaller colocation operators seek 3-10 MW sites, both greenfield and conversion. We also facilitate solar and wind parks across Europe – including 4.8 GW projects for pension funds and institutional capital.
Risk-reward
BESS, solar and wind on the risk-return axis
The three dominant green asset classes have very different risk-reward profiles. BESS delivers higher IRR through higher market exposure — solar/wind are PPA-locked yield plays.
Indicative positions 2026. BESS can move toward core-zone with tolling agreements.
DKK 100m over 15 years
Compounded returns across green energy asset classes
How does DKK 100m grow over a 15-year hold? Hover a line to focus. BESS delivers the highest exit value but with more volatility along the way.
Compound growth at constant IRR. Actual returns vary due to market cycles, revenue volatility and reinvestment rates.
110 MWh BESS project on Danish grid
Under ordinary Danish corporate-tax rules, dividends to a Danish holding company on subsidiary shares are tax-free.
Core focus
Discretion, experience and trusted relationships
Offshore and onshore wind, solar PV, BESS and other storage technologies, biomass and energy-from-waste, transmission and grid infrastructure, and data centers powered by renewables. Opportunity sourcing global – core partnership anchored in Denmark.
