What we need to know about you
To match you accurately we need: ticket size range (DKK or EUR), target asset classes (residential, logistics, hotels, senior housing, green energy), geographic focus, return requirement (IRR or cap rate), hold period horizon and any ESG constraints (SFDR Art. 8/9). All information treated confidentially.
What happens when a match comes in
When we source a case that matches your profile, we contact you directly with an executive summary under NDA. If you signal interest, we share the full Investor Memorandumand open the data room. You control the process — we do not flood registered investors with generic mandates. Expect 5–15 qualified cases per year depending on profile tightness.
